Preventative Maintenance
In addition to the normal day-to-day maintenance requirements, we stress the importance of preventative maintenance. Our site employees receive on-going training in all facets of property management. Our maintenance personnel receive routine training on air-conditioning, heating, plumbing and electrical repair. If something needs to be fixed, we can get it done quickly and efficiently, delivering the best possible service to our residents.
